Our client, a global industrial company, is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to support a top Executive in their NYC office. The hours are 8am - 5:30pm/6pm (24/7 mentality) and they operate on a hybrid schedule with four days in the office and one day remote.

　　Responsibilities:Support the office to ensure seamless transition between varying locations and time zonesAssist with executive/family's calendar including scheduling appointments, booking meetings, and coordinating children's activitiesAssist with complex travel arrangements and family itinerariesContribute to and manage heavy correspondence, team emails and group chatsRun errands for the executive and family membersWorking in close partnership with household staff, including drivers, house manager, and nanniesAssist with expenses and reconciliations; perform daily media monitoring for key contacts/associatesResearch and proactively manage family friendly activities and eventsQualifications:Degree required2 - 3 years of relevant experience in New York as an assistant or receptionist in a team-oriented support environmentCollaborative approach to managing a heavy workloadCompensation/Benefits:Up to $120K base depending on experience + OT + bonus100% covered medical, dental, and vision plans401K with match and company contribution3 week vacation, 4 floating days, 7 sick days, 10 paid holidaysFree lunch daily $25 creditBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
