　　Randstad is looking for an experienced Cost Analyst position located in Hopkinsville, KY.

　　Minimum 3-5 years experience in Cost Accounting

　　Undergraduate Degree in Finance or Accounting

　　Must have experiencein the Manufacturing (preferably in Automotive)

　　Experience in working in an AS400 environment (CMS or Solarsoft experience is preferred)

　　Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of cost standards

　　Responsibilities

　　Required Education and Experience:

　　Undergraduate Degree in Finance or Accounting

　　strong communicator in the English language, both written and oral

　　Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Cost Accounting

　　Must have manufacturing experience (preferably in Automotive)

　　Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of cost standards

　　An independent critical thinker who displays attention to detail

　　Proficient in Microsoft office; exposure to computerized manufacturing accounting systems is preferred

　　High level of time management and organizational skills

　　Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

　　Experience in working in an AS400 environment (CMS or Solarsoft experience is preferred)
