About Maintenance Worker

　　General maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment on site. General maintenance of and repair of all equipment including Heavy Equipment and Boats. Oversee and facilitate new construction and/or building improvements. Oversee and facilitate lawn and grounds. Oversee and facilitate garbage/Recycling. Oversee and facilitate Snow Removal. Maintain fire and safety standards of NYSDOH and Warren County Fire. Maintain heating, cooling, plumbing, and water systems. Order necessary maintenance supplies, fuel, wood, propane, etc. Maintain Beach Area/Boathouse. Be familiar with all infrastructure, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, alarm system/smoke detectors.
