　　Do you want to be a part of a team at an innovative and well-respected organization as an Accounting Clerk? Robert Half is looking for a candidate to support a department as an Accounting Clerk. This role is with a company in the Non-Profit industry. The Accounting Clerk will match invoices to purchase orders/ vouchers, data entry, and assist with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). 　　What you get to do every day

　　Work with Accounts Payable: vendor invoices and disbursement filing, A/P invoice matching & filing

　　Upload financial information to journals and ledgers

　　Prepare statements and reports that require utilization of a variety of sources

　　Assist Accounts Receivable: help with collection of past due balance, process daily invoices/credit, and apply cash receipt

　　Arrange documents that require knowledge in determining proper classification of expenditure codes and accounting codes

　　Mend discrepancies by checking all possible sources of disagreement, reconstructing probable actions, and recognizing the effect on other accounts; prepare correction documents as required

　　Standard accounting: help with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, other ad hoc projects

　　Requirements - Auditing experience

　　Data entry experience required

　　Microsoft Excel experience desired

　　AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred

　　Prior knowledge in Spreadsheet and ERP system

　　Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
