  Logistics at full potential

  You provide fully support for the blue collar's recruitment process as well as to diverse human resources activities within the Site HR team. Implementing overall recruiting strategy. Applying recruiting methods to attract blue collars candidates, develop and implement sourcing strategies (job advertising, job boards, online)

  What you do on a typical day

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for the positions in recruitment (where needed)

  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job websites/newspapers/social media etc.

  • Collaborate with all administration of the hiring process

  • Keeping track of all candidates and progress of the process by updating the recruitment Share Point

  • Create relationships with job seekers. Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

  • Screen & evaluate internal and external candidates resumes and job applications, matching the most suitable candidates to different positions to deliver the recruitment of blue-collar workers

  What you need to succeed at GXO

  • You have a hbo working and thinking level and have at least a few years of blue color recruitment experience

  • You excel through your (key) stakeholder and hiring manager management

  • You come into your own in a high-paced and dynamic work environment

  • You can set priorities like no other and are naturally proactive

  • You have a passion for recruitment and have good communication skills, both in English and in Dutch.
