  Corporate Global Risk and Resilience Leader

  The Global Resilience Organization establishes policy and standards for Resilience at Honeywell including Business Continuity (BC), Crisis Management (CM), and Technology Resilience (TR) Governance and Supplier Resiliency.

  The Global Corporate Risk and Resilience Leader will be responsible for implementing the minimum requirements for the global Corporate Functions, as per the Resilience Policy and Standards with a focus on Business Continuity (BC), Technology Resilience (TR) Crisis Management (CM) and Supplier Resilience and driving risk modeling for corporate resilience.

  Key Responsibilities

  Provide global leadership for the implementation, and continuously optimizing, Business Continuity, Supplier Resiliency,

  Crisis Management and Technology Resilience for Corporate functions aligning to the Corporate Resilience Standards.

  Facilitate implementation of the Business Continuity lifecycle for critical functions, ensuring the effective development of business continuity risk assessments, business impact analyses, recovery strategies, and business continuity plans.

  Ensure compliance to maintenance requirements, including periodic plan reviews and exercises.

  Partner with senior leadership in the business and develop strong working relationships with global Honeywell

  Corporate business leaders and locations to develop a comprehensive view of the (Honeywell Corporate) risk and impact picture, mitigation measures and gaps to deliver robust resilience strategies.

  Partner with Global Procurement to implement the Supplier Resiliency Standard requirements for critical suppliers and support the implementation of improvements plans.

  Drive completion of Technology Resilience requirements for Corporate IT Services

  Understand and align to associated risk escalation criteria with the partner programs, including Health, Safety and

  Environment, Security and Enterprise Risk Management.

  Review and analyze risk information to identify emerging risks, update risk inventory, facilitate management’s risk assessments, and assist in development of mitigation strategies.

  Partner with enterprise risk management and senior leadership to develop a comprehensive view of the material business risk including assessment methodology, impacts, mitigation measures and gaps to deliver robust corporate enterprise-wide risk management and resilience strategies.

  Be accountable for maintaining the appropriate metrics and risk information to drive continuous improvement in

  Honeywell Corporate Functions.

  Partner with the VP Global Business Resilience’s Leadership team to develop the Global Honeywell Picture of resilience for the company.

  Drive and maintain a sound governance program within Honeywell Corporate in accordance with the Honeywell Global

  Resilience Standards that keeps all Honeywell Corporate’s Resilience program components aligned, current, relevant, actionable auditable, and continually improving.

  Provide a support role on the Enterprise Crisis Management Team including, but not limited to, the reporting requirements, for the Corporate Functions during any crisis events agnostic of cause

  Develop and maintain a training and awareness program for Corporate to ensure consistency of roles and responsibilities and effective management the resilience program specific to business continuity and supplier resilience.

  This role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Global Business Continuity

  YOU MUST HAVE:

  4-5 years’ experience implementing and managing resiliency programs (BCP and Crisis Management) for large global companies and leading and/or assisting crisis response and business recovery efforts.

  The ability to project manage and drive complex, cross functional initiatives at a global level with multiple stakeholders.

  Experience in applying risk mapping, and range of risk and resilience approaches that address change in resilience capabilities.

  Experience in leading and/or assisting in strategic decisions during regional events to assist in crisis response and business recovery efforts.

  Excellent project management and data analytics skills and experience with using data to drive decisions and develop maturity in a resiliency program.

  Communication and organizational skills (attention to detail is required); flexibility and ability to work in a matrixed, highly driven, fast moving environment.

  Professional certification (DRII, BCI) in business continuity, supplier resilience, disaster recovery and/or crisis management is required

  WE VALUE:

  Excellent project management and data analytics skills and experience with using data to drive decisions and develop maturity in a resiliency program

  Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent industry experience

  The ability to partner with Corporate colleagues and the Resilience Team to drive cross functional initiatives at a global level with multiple stakeholders

  Excellent problem-solving skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor and a broad understanding of the development of risk based initiatives

  The ability to communicate resiliency initiatives in a business focused and digestible manner

  Results driven with a high level of accountability and ownership with a rigorous attention to detail in all work activities and product
