Job Description Summary#TeamAAM is searching for a Global Trade Compliance Leader to contribute to our Supply Chain Management team within our Driveline organization. This role will be based out of our World Headquarters in Detroit, MI.
The Global Trade Compliance Leader is responsible for creating, maintaining, monitoring, and facilitating Customs compliance functions, data management systems, special import trade programs, and overall import feasibility aspects of the import environment. This self-motivated and detail oriented individual will interact with the different departments within AAM and AAM service suppliers to ensure that AAM is paying the appropriate amount of duties and on a timely basis to CBP. This position is also required to interact with various U.S. Governmental agencies on behalf of AAM as required.
