Job Description Summary
As an Anesthesia and Respiratory Care/Patient Monitoring Product Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling anesthesia machines, patient monitoring, and critical ventilators to existing and new customers in the West TX market. This role is designed to ensure customers remain successful with the platform, and are supported, while also pursuing competitive accounts using non-GE machines.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders (CRNA’s, RT’s, nursing, administration, biomedical engineering, etc.) within the hospital, (PACU, OR, ICU) to identify qualified leads, grow market share, and support customers.
Deliver on quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets.
Leverage product knowledge in our supplies and accessories portfolio to drive funnel growth for the region.
Develop sales proposals that map with customers annual budget process.
Navigate complex customer environments with existing and new digital offerings.
Collaborate with the account community team to support co-developed negotiation strategies.
Problem-solve for customer challenges.
Reduce cycle time by leveraging Salesforce.com (CRM tool) to track customer and account activity, to map visibility and drive market share, and to prioritize sales funnel.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree & 5 years of experience; OR High School Diploma/GED & 8 years of experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree & a graduate of GE HealthCare CLP
Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and written to decision makers.
Must live in the territory and be willing to travel within the territory.

Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approach.
Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages.
