Description

　　Robert Half Legal is partnering with a phenomenal, well-respected suburban law firm located in Arlington Heights that's seeking a Corporate Attorney with at least 2+ years of experience to join their team. This Corporate Attorney will support the Business and Corporate Transactional team on a variety of corporate matters including corporate formations, corporate governance, reviewing and drafting of corporate contracts, and assisting with M& A deals. This law firm supports a variety of companies from start-ups to fortune 500 organizations. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of what a transaction is and how corporate financing works. Experience with real estate and/or estate planning is a plus but not needed. 　　Requirements

　　JD and Licensed in IL

　　2+ years of experience handling corporate transactional matters

　　Excellent communication and organizational skills

　　Exceptional writing skills

　　Strong understanding of what a transaction is and how corporate financing works
