　　Job Description:

　　• Reporting to the Director of Corporate Accounting and Consolidations, the Manager of Corporate Accounting will primarily lead and oversee the accounting close and statutory filings for the RSM entity and certain other account balances centralized at Corporate

　　• This position currently oversees one associate

　　• The Manager of Corporate Accounting will work closely with the Corporate Accounting, Tax, and Finance team members

　　• You will perform complex accounting activities including the consolidation and analysis of general ledger activity and financial reports; sometimes preparing and reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations of multiple businesses

　　• You will coach and assist in training of less experienced employees

　　• Supervises and provides overall guidance to one associate

　　• Leads the preparation and reporting of the financial statements for the Regal Swiss Manufacturing (RSM) entity, which supports the Regal Rexnord maquiladoras structure

　　• This primarily includes reviewing of journal entries and general ledger reconciliations for RSM

　　• This role includes significant coordination with the Mexico teams, the Tax and Treasury team, and Swiss based consultants and auditors

　　• This role leads the external audit process by coordinating with our partners in Switzerland

　　• Assists team with other month-end close responsibilities related to preparation and review of certain balance sheet and income statement accounts, including reconciliation of the goods received not invoiced (GRNI) subledger

　　• Preparation of various month end close journal entries and reconciliations

　　• Serves as the lead team member for inter-company balancing and works to identify and reconcile inter-company balances with global partners

　　• Provides back up for Hyperion loads and final Hyperion consolidation

　　• Oracle and SAP administrative duties

　　• Performs tasks in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as well as corporate accounting standards/policies

　　• Drives continued review and enhancement of SOPs

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications

　　• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

　　• 5+ years of relevant and progressive accounting experience

　　• Big 4 accounting and/or large US public company experience

　　• Strong understanding and practical working knowledge of US GAAP

　　• Strong leadership, team building and project management skills
