Description:

　　Machine Operator I is an entry-level member of the production team and will operate a variety of complex machines, complete processing tasks to support the production floor. This position will also produce or build product to support customer demand, operate tools & equipment, inspect in-process components, and complete documentation as required. All Machine Operators shall always perform their activities with Safety, Quality, and Integrity.

　　• Responsible for setting up, tearing down, and maintenance of braiding/coiling machines• Ability to reference parts to blueprints and drawings• Operate the braiding and coil machines• Verify recipe programs• Loading and unloading bobbins or spools on machines• Performance in-process inspection for braiding/coil runs• Perform basic troubleshooting• Ability to understand travelers and verify materials• Ability to use microscope, ruler, pin gage• Group maintenance on all machines end of every month as required• Work to improve efficiencies in the department• Additional duties as assigned
