This || | position is pivotal in leading || | and operating specialized || | programs that holistically || | enhance the capabilities of young || | adult job seekers. By creating || | and offering tailored career || | pathways, our aim is to ensure || | our participants are equipped || | with relevant skills and || | workplace behaviors that are in || | line with current industry. || | || | This position requires consistent || | communication with program staff, || | managers, staff from other || | divisions within the || | organization, representatives of || | local, state, and federal || | agencies/organizations, media, || | elected/appointed || | representatives, and the public. || | || | The Coordinator, Knowledge Equals || | Youth Success (KEYS), reports to || | the Manager, Youth South Services || | and works closely with various || | departments within the || | organization. This position has a || | supervisory function and shares || | in the responsibility of || | overseeing our Career Consultants || | and Program Assistants. This || | position is Exempt. || | || | || | || | Essential Responsibilities: || | || | || | || | Staff Supervision || | || | - Work with Manager, Youth || | Services to develop program || | objectives and performance || | targets, independently || | develop and implement || | processes, procedures, etc. || | to achieve the programmatic || | outcomes || | - Effectively lead subordinate || | staff by providing guidance, || | oversight, and drawing on || | their experiences and || | expertise to improve programs || | - Monitor staff progress with || | program enrollments, case || | management, data || | entry/management, and service || | coordination || | - Participate in staff || | recruitment initiatives, || | hiring, onboarding and || | development || | || | Community Engagement and || | Partnership || | || | - Develop and implement a || | strategy for community || | engagement, education, and || | awareness || | - Participate in community || | engagement events to recruit || | and inform job seekers about || | services offered and || | communicate eligibility || | requirements || | - Facilitate regular planning || | and monitoring meetings with || | partners and service || | providers || | - Coordinate partnerships and || | opportunities to expand the || | KEYS program || | - Contribute to the development || | of policies and procedures to || | produce effective programming || | - Produce and provide accurate || | and timely reports |+-----------------------------------+------------------------
