This role requires strong Enterprise andfield collaboration with general expertise in financial planningconcepts as well as compliance & supervision Specifically, you canexpect to conduct Business analysis, provide input into the strategicvision, design /identify area of co-creation with the field &collaborate with & matrixed partners across the enterprise to createservices and capabilities in effort to deliver the target experience foryour area of accountability. Immediate focus will be on High Net worthservices and capabilities and the role needs a person who can analyzeand synthesize the details, collaborate and creatively definepossibilities for future. Additionally, you will have responsibility forowning the strategy and execution of work within your respectiveworkstreams. In this role as the workstream lead , you will beconducting analysis, document business requirements, pain pointdefinition, impact analysis & provide options with recommendations thatcan span across operations, service or input into digital productDeliverables for the role 1. Ability to lead through all phases of theworkstream within HNW initiative: Planning/Design/Implementationbybringing Client experience & Field experience lens to the workstream. 2.Showcase strong cross functional Enterprise Partnership, one who canboth negotiate & create innovative solutions 3. Ability to connect thedots across multiple sub-tracks and bring holistic approach. 4. Abilityto conduct analysis, leveraging both NM & Industry research (ifrequired), document Business requirements, conduct impact analysis &research to inform solution design /execution. 5. Bring forth options &recommendation with solution mindset. 6. Need to be strategic yettactful where required to continue the progress. 7. Someone who can workin fast pace ambiguous situation and able to problem solve. 8. Sharessolution design and businessrequirements with Change and Training leadsto identify change impactsand training needs. Qualifications: Ability totransform business process through people/process technology andinformation insights, need innovative thinking Advanced degree inbusiness, finance or related field or an equivalent combination ofeducation, field experience and /or progressively responsible workexperience General knowledge of financial planning, compliance andsupervision areas is required...
