　　Immediate opening for a Dedicated Solo Class B Part Time CDL Truck Driver and want the right Trucker to join us at Ryder in Chester NY

　　$850 avg per week - And it gets better

　　Driver Positions Pay Weekly

　　Hourly Pay: $28.50 Per Hour

　　Loyalty Bonus $2,000 after 6 months and $2,000 after 12 months

　　Per Diem Pay: $40 per night with occasional 1 night per Week

　　Overnights for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel

　　Hours Per Week: up to 40 hours per week

　　Schedule: Varies Monday - Friday

　　Start Time: 5 AM - 6 AM

　　Hours: 8 - 10 hrs a day

　　Route: Local Home Daily Occasional Night Out

　　Tractor Type: Straight Truck

　　Trailer Type: 24' & 26' Straight Truck

　　Equipment: Hand Truck & Lift Gate

　　Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful

　　Delivery Experience Required

　　Freight: Heavy Touch – Pet Food

　　Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide.

　　Requirements

　　Minimum 21 years of age

　　Pass a Ryder Drug Test

　　Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years

　　Pass a DOT physical

　　Pass a Ryder road test

　　Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position

　　Must have Class A or Class B verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:

　　9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR

　　2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR

　　5 years’ experience within the last 10 years

　　Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions

　　Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

　　Important Note: Additional requirements may be required in different locations and/or accounts.

　　Responsibilities

　　Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines

　　Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs

　　Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer

　　Performs other duties as assigned
