  Job Description / Responsibilities:

  Support Data Analysts with design, development, and testing of applications used to support the business

  Create/Update documentation of new or existing applications

  General assistance to analyst or project managers with daily activities to support the application suites.

  Basic Requirements:

  Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with interest in programming

  Sophomore or higher class status

  Ability to effectively communicate with others at all levels of the Company both verbally and in writing. Demonstrates a courteous, tactful and professional approach with employees and others.

  Ability to work in a large, global corporate shared service structure

  Advanced English level, advanced level of additional language is a plus

  Strong sense of ethics and company's core values and adherence thereto

  Can do attitude who seeks, obtains and applies new knowledge / skills

  Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role

  Preferred Requirements:

  2.75 cumulative GPA

  Effective oral and written communications

  Works well with others

  Seeks advice and asks questions

  Flexible Work Schedule

  This role has the flexibility of a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers.

  This location is the host of Copeland's corporate headquarters and Commercial and Residential Solutions Tools, Hermetic Motors, and other businesses. Our products, such as the InSinkErator, Sensi, and RIDGID have become household names that support the comfort and well-being of our customers. The ComRes platform employees at this location provide support to the various businesses within Commercial and Residential Solutions, allowing for many networking opportunities across businesses. The connectedness between ComRes and Corporate employees allows for a close relationship and the opportunity to explore opportunities across Copeland.
