　　Your Responsibilities

　　As a Supplier Quality Analyst for John Deere Kernersville located in Kernersville, NC , you will:

　　Submit Non-Conformance Report (NCR) notification to suppliers and expedite containment/rework a necessary.

　　Maintain all relevant supplier quality data for analysis and monthly reporting.

　　Maintain quality Q-note tasks in SAP.

　　Work closely with John Deere Kernersville (JDK) Quality Analyst teams to ensure accurate documentation is recorded for supplier issues.

　　Act as liaison between JDK and suppliers (QA, engineering) for issue resolution.

　　Work with JDK supplier quality engineers to drive targeted quality improvements with suppliers.

　　What Skills You Need

　　3 or more years of experience in one or more related engineering areas: industrial, reliability, design, manufacturing, quality.

　　1 or more years of experience with quality engineering tools, systems and databases (SAP, Windchill, RECON, Excel, MS Office Suite, etc.)

　　Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with cross functional teams in both verbal and written formats.

　　Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

　　Strong time management and organizational skills.

　　What Makes You Stand Out

　　Strong understanding of non-conformance administration.

　　Experience with Power BI and/or Power Automate.

　　Education

　　Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
