Na Ali'i is looking for a Contract & Procurement Analyst. Responsibilities

Management mayassign additional duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due toreasonable accommodation or other reasons.Pre-award functions such as market research, solicitation review, proposalprep, teaming agreements, and subcontract solicitationsContract administration, such as contract kick-off, monitoringcompliance, reporting requirements, resolving contractual issues as theyarise, and negotiating agreements and processing procurements made under thecoContract closeouts and subcontract closeoutsIssuing Request for Quote/Request for Proposals to vendors/ SubcontractorsAssist with proposals (reviewing solicitation clauses and requirements,compliance, screening Organizational Conflict of Interest)Agreement negotiation (contract, subcontract, supplier) anddocumenting the negotiationMaintaining complete Contract records and documentationMaintaining complete Procurement records in accordance with DFARS BusinessSystems criteria for a compliant Purchasing System (i.e., ContractorPurchasing System Review (CPSR))Maintaining contract/ subcontract data to support routine reportingrequirements, such as Small Business Subcontract Plan reporting, Servicecontract, Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA), etc.
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications: Aside from experience in any or all of the job dutyareas, candidates should have demonstrated strong written and verbalcommunications skills, be highly organized themselves as well as organizedin team efforts, and must possess ability to prioritize and effectivelycommunicate priorities. Candidate should also be proficient to advanced userin MS Excel. Must a U.S. citizen.Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or Associates with 2additional years of Federal contract or procurement experience.
Required:4+ years experience in DoD or Federal Contracts Administration.Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation and familiarity with agencysupplements.Exposure to multiple contract types.Familiarity with GSA Schedule and GWAC.Familiar with use of Gov contracting websites such as sam.gov, SBA,CPARS, FPDS, FSRS, etc.Desired:CostPoint experience is a plus, especially CostPoint CMS.Experience with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contracts.Subcontracts experience.Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) knowledgeable.Contract/Subcontract closeout.Professional Certification(s) (e.g., CCCM, CPCM, CFCM, CCMA, PMP).(Legal study/law degree would be a plus)Physical Requirements: In addition to the skills and qualificationsmentioned above, candidates must, at a minimum, be able to meet thefollowing physical requirements.Ability to lift up to 25 poundsAbility to use stairs without assistanceAbility to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingersAbility to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situationsAbility to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computerThe Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure thatour employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensuratewith multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual'sparticular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies,and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizationalrequirements, and position location. The projected compensation range forthis position is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 (annualized USD).
