　　Description:

　　Sr. Contract Specialists will perform a wide variety of tasks, spanning all phases of the acquisition life cycle that support Agency Contracting Officers to include:

　　Acquisition planning, market research, and source list development.

　　Formal and informal source selection processes, including issuance of Request for Proposals (RFP), receipt of proposals, proposal evaluation documentation, and contract award.

　　Timely process and track contract administration-related actions, including the preparation of contract modifications and maintenance of the contract files in the electronic filing system.

　　Contract closeout function.

　　Skills:

　　Contract administration, Contracts administration, Contracts management

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Ten (10) years specialized experience in government contracting or acquisitions.
