　　Role Overview

　　Primarily involved in the technical pre-sales process working alongside NTT Client Executives & Sales Specialists to renew, up-sell, and close cloud managed services contracts

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Executes activities relating to Service Renewals including installed base data pulls & reconciliation, installed base finalization, costing, pricing/quoting. Responsibilities include obtaining vendor quotes and working closely with renewal sales teams to position the best renewal pricing considering historical price, competitive benchmarks, gross margin targets, and complexity of the contract

　　Demonstrate knowledge and value of multi cloud technologies, applications , architecture modernization, observability and legacy to cloud migrations to identify contract upsell and innovation

　　Leverage subject matter experts in the overall solution design by working with cross functional technical teams – CSD Group Architects, Advisory, Service Delivery & Operations.

　　Articulate value proposition, present solution, and build value throughout the sales process with all departments of the client organization

　　Performs necessary research of third-party technologies, tools, and applications that are introduced during the pre-sales process

　　Maintain relevant cloud and technology certifications, be aware of CSD offerings and be a subject matter expert for multiple sections within the CSD portfolio

　　Experience required:

　　2 - 3 years experience in a managed service / cloud service provider

　　Experience in working with vendors to scope and price complex BoMs (Commercial experience is key)

　　Applied Azure and/or AWS infrastructure architect and presales skills (Desired)

　　Foundational understanding of virtualization, hybrid computing environments, storage technology and cloud native technologies

　　Excellent Communication and Presentation skills

　　Ability to contribute to workshops with clients and NTT teams to discover requirements, present solutions and obtain client buy-in

　　Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

　　Product Licensing

　　Certified Sales expert

　　Azure Certifications

　　Knowledge, skills, and attributes:

　　Proven technical expertise and extensive security industry experience.

　　Enthusiastic about the technology and cloud industry

　　Sound analytical skills and proficient with analysis of large data sets

　　Investigative nature to unpack complicated problems.

　　Initiative-taking and able to use initiative.

　　Evidence of being able to work collaboratively.

　　Ability to structure complex information, plan, prioritize, delegate tasks, and focus on deliverables.

　　Highly proficient in MS Excel and skills in programming

　　Ability to drive teammates with various background and level of seniority, and geographically distributed.

　　Comprehensive knowledge of product management and service development life cycles

　　Expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments industry best practices and provision of initiative-taking advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders

　　Knowledge of sales strategies and concepts
