Support activities to understand stakeholder needs and identify evidence-based practices to implement solutions to meet the needs.

Learn how to monitor status of project performance and budgets and make adjustments to project plans as needed.

Support the development of center management reports and dashboards to assist with role relevant deadlines and funding requirements.

Support knowledge management activities to archive and leverage completed project data.

Participate in regular project team meetings, client calls and internal leadership meetings tracking notes and tasks towards completion.

Produce presentations and supporting materials for a variety of audiences.

Support the communication and evaluation teams with project information needed to share our project impact stories.

  Basic Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program

Background, experience, or relevant coursework in project management/project coordination.

  Preferred Qualifications:

Interest in topics such as K-12 education, postsecondary education/training, rural education, educational equity, and education research and/or program evaluation.

Proficiency with project management software (for example: Smartsheet, Trello or other similar platforms)

Proficiency with video conferencing applications (e.g. Zoom, Teams)

We encourage students attending minority-serving institutions (HBCUs, HSIs and TCUs) to apply.
