　　The Contract Analyst is responsible for:

　　Managing the intake, tracking, and coordination of all operational and physician contracts for the health system.

　　The Contract Analyst also reviews and prepares corporate contracts, physician contracts, and other legal documents, ensure all contracts comply with the applicable federal and state regulatory guidelines (e.g., anti-kickback, Stark, etc.)

　　Coordinates with various internal departments, in-house counsel, and outside counsel on key contractual terms and conditions

　　Develops and refines standard templates for use throughout the health system.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Experience Required:

　　Required - 1 year - Legal; Or - 1 year - Paralegal; Or - 1 year - Contracts Related; Preferred - 1 year - Healthcare in related field

　　OR Attorney with No Experience is also acceptable to fulfill the experience requirement.

　　Education Required:

　　Bachelors - Related FieldLocation: Clearwater, FL (Hybrid)
