Support all A2E2 products, product teams and the A2E2 management staff to standardize all product schedules and program structure charts.

Includes the analysis of activity plans to include budgets used to develop integrated master schedules to meet programmatic and contractual requirements of a product.
The scheduler will correlate schedules from different Original Equipment Manufacturers, Program/Product offices, and from CDRL deliverables in order to develop and manage an overall integrated master schedule for each product.
The data will facilitate the identification and assessment of issues and potential problems prior to product execution.
The Scheduler will identify and establish program schedules for each area of development (milestones, contracts, testing, development, integration, versions, fielding, etc.) and perform in-depth studies to identify the optimum program plans and critical paths.
Additionally, develop program and project level schedules, and develop in depth Work-Breakdown Schedules (WBS).
Support product office leadership to oversee all product Integrated Master Schedules for all assigned products.
Prepare new schedules to increase the output for the Product Office.
Responsible for updating schedules per leadership direction.
Maintain accurate records of schedules for the implementation of various Product Office strategies.
Work with Project Office Headquarters Staff to synchronize and coordinate schedules.
Assimilate information from numerous sources and provide schedule recommendations to leadership.
Issue, review and track schedules for Product Office.
Coordinate schedule development with other Project/Product Offices, other government agencies, and contractors to promote information exchange.
Develop, write and staff schedules to officials/groups in the Project/Product Office
Other requirements include program planning, scheduling, report, preparation, briefings, providing support to management.
Interface on a daily basis with military and civilian personnel and other contractor personnel in a team environment.
