Job Title: Continuous Improvement (New Grad- Multiple locations)

　　Job Location: Salt Lake City, UT, Londonderry, NH, Tempe, AZ, and Rochester, NY

　　Job Description:

　　Collaborate with internal Customers (Operations, Engineering, and Program Management) to accurately report out savings to upper management

　　Actively participate in Lean events, support the collection and analysis of data in order to drive the right root cause and corrective actions

　　Support the creation of standard work within the orgainzation and use the 8 wastes concepts to identify the MUDA

　　Analyze efficiency performance for factory and collaborate with Operations to develop improvement plans for identified problem areas

　　Support the creation of a technical training program by working cross functionally with internal and external suppliers/customers to deliver a quality program that will benefit L3Harris

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences, Finance or related field

　　Preferred Skills:

　　Knowledge of Six Sigma and/or LEAN tools and methods a plus, but not required
