JOB REQUIREMENTS: About the Role: As the Continuous Improvement Manager,you will identify improvement opportunities across all functionsthroughout the enterprise by partnering and supporting the execution ofcontinuous improvement events. Provides support for all activitiesrelated to continuous improvement efforts and enhancing knowledge of thetools and techniques within the Wabash Management System (WMS), as wellas other lean and continuous improvement methodologies. YourResponsibilities: Works across Wabash enterprise, including allfunctions and discipline of office and operations, to support leanimprovement efforts (i.e., facilitate implementation of WMS, identifyflow opportunities, identify sequence of events, and define constraintsor continuous improvement opportunities) Delivers foundational skillstraining across the enterprise and actively coaches to integrate skillsinto WMS process to ensure success of programs, including assessmentEvaluates effectiveness of training and assures appropriate revisionsare made, ensuring processes support corporate policy in areas ofhealth, safety, and environmental assurance Analyzes program progress,utilizing problem solving, surveys, and assessments to understand areasfor continuous improvement of WMS Programs Accomplishes departmentobjectives by managing staff, planning, and evaluating departmentactivities Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies,procedures, and productivity standards Reports team performance,implementation schedules, performance to measures, and assessments ofWMS or Continuous Improvement Process to Senior Leadership TeamMaintains up-to-date, state-of-the-art knowledge of WMS and EnterpriseLean techniques and shares information with other team membersCoordinates multiple continuous improvement projects concurrently incooperation with internal customers Develops short-range and long-rangeplans with internal customers to transform the value stream and removewaste Maintains budget and meets deadlines during projects Other dutiesas assigned Let\'s Talk About Your Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree(Preferred Major: Engineering or Technology (industrial, mechanical or arelated field), Business, Supply Chain, Organizational Leadership &Supervision) Minimum 7-10 years of experience in leadership & managementAt least Seven to ten years of experience in continuous improvementexperience,...
