Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in the IT Software industry. This position will be based in SOLON, Ohio, 44139-4356, United States. The role will involve a hybrid working model, with the option to work from home for part of the week.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively update contacts in NetSuite and Excel

• Manage returned mail and search system for relevant emails

• Provide support to the team as needed

• Utilize strong computer skills to perform tasks efficiently

• Leverage experience in collections to manage and monitor customer accounts

• Use NetSuite and MS Excel to maintain accurate customer credit records

• Process customer credit applications with precision and speed

• Take appropriate action based on customer account monitoring

• Collect outstanding payments and manage collection processes

• Utilize billing collection skills to meet department goals. Requirements • Proficiency in Billing Collection and Collecting Payments is an essential requirement.

• Experience with Collection Processes and managing Outstanding Collections is required.

• Strong skills in using software such as NetSuite and MS Excel are necessary.

• The candidate should have a strong understanding of IT Software industry practices.

• The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients is crucial.

• The role requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously is an asset.

• The ability to work well in a team and foster a positive work environment is important.

• The candidate should have a strong customer service orientation.

• The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is necessary.
