About Continuous Improvement Co-Op

  Job Description

  The Continuous Improvement Co-op is a year round position that provides support to the Plant. The schedule for the position is flexible to work with school schedule. While school is in session need to work a minimum of 10 hours but can flex up to 40 hours when school is not in session.

  This position provides diverse experience in the functions of rubber manufacturing. In this role you will be involved in the support of the production operations from an engineering and business perspective. This position is exposed to various manufacturing processes and systematic problem solving tools.

  Assignments Include:

  Project ManagementProjects related to production efficiency measures and improvementsImproving Belt production processingEquipment modificationsData EntryOther tasks to support business operationsAdditional Information

  Must have completed 15 hours of schoolingMust have a GPA of 3.5 or higherMust be enrolled as a full time studentMust have experience with Microsoft Applications
