Our team is looking for Content Strategist to drive optimization and improvements across their customer support documentation. In this role, you will shape the Cloud customer success program by gathering insights into the current customer experience and by driving critical improvements.

　　Work with technical PMs, business leaders, engineering to influence and deliver customer experience and process improvements for Cloud support. Synthesize the customer support experience from multiple channels. Manage existing customer support documentation (APIs, demos, etc.), identify gaps, and drive the overall content strategy. Manage multiple initiatives that require frequent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Understand the customer experience using Cloud Monitoring products and how they perceive their interactions with our support services. Leverage existing data and as needed establish new measures to provide visibility into the customer experience.

　　BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of strong technical content strategy or program/product management experience. Experience in customer research and strategy is a plus. 5+ years of experience in process improvement and automation. Experience with customer support and engineering.  Strong communication and strategy skills with the ability to build partnerships. PowerBI, SQL, and other data query languages and tools is a plus.
