About the Role
As Uber continues to expand its services and technologies around the world, the Business Development team is looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to execute our largest Consumer Payment Partnerships.
You will be responsible for executing and expanding existing partnerships within our Consumer Portfolio. This is a highly cross-functional role, as you will collaborate across internal teams including product, finance, compliance, policy, marketing and operations.
This is an individual contributor role as a member on a high performing team. You will be the CEO of your portfolio responsible for leading a cross-functional team of stakeholders to maximize partnership value.
What You'll Do
Owner of a portfolio of Payment Partnerships; responsible for ensuring contractual obligations are met and deal is executed to its full abilityResponsible for owning growth bets for each partnershipLeads a Cross-Functional team of Stakeholders to implement partnershipResponsible for monitoring partnership performance and reporting out insights to internal/external stakeholdersCollaborates with other BD stakeholders to assist in Deal renewals/Negotiation cycles
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's DegreePrevious Partner Management or Account Management experience5 plus years related experience in strategic partnerships, account management or business development
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Payments industry
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$156,000 per year - USD$173,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$156,000 per year - USD$173,000 per year.
