The Higher Education Technical Services team is responsible for the DataConversion, Integration, and Reporting work streams on Workday highereducation implementation projects. About the Role
As an Integration Manager in Higher Education Technical Services, youwill have the opportunity to:
Support, grow, and advance a team of Integration Consultants
Influence the future shape of our organization, and advance ourimplementation processes and tooling.
Work cross-organizationally with Product Development, Customers, andother internal and external teams & stakeholders in the pursuit ofenabling successful integration deployments between Workday and manytypes of third-party systems.
Share knowledge, inspire others, and contribute to our collaborative andupbeat team!
The role is partially billable to customer projects.
About You
Basic Qualifications
3 or more years technical experience implementing Workday, PeopleSoft,Oracle, Ellucian, SAP, or similar systems
3 or more years experience leading technical workstreams in a consultingenvironment
Other Qualifications
Demonstrated examples of successful leadership
Expert consulting & communication skills.
A track record of successfully implementing complex technicaldeliverables in challenging environments.
2 years of people leadership experience
In-depth knowledge of business processes within at least two of thesethree types of systems: HCM, Financial, and Student Information Systems.
Significant professional experience using programming languages, webservices, and other technologies to process large data sets.
Passion for growing teams, and consulting and technical challenges.
Ability to travel to customer sites as-needed

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and anyadditional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based onwork location. As a part of the total compensation package, this rolemay be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specificcommission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
