　　BCG is looking for Experienced Professionals to join our team at Consultant level based in Paris.

　　As a core member affiliated to BCG's Insurance Practice, you will:

　　• Elaborating the strategic plan of a leading insurance company, involving the 50-80 top-managers

　　• Adapting the strategy of a bancassurance company in loan insurance after a new law

　　• Developing a startup with an insurance company to develop digital insurance

　　• Creating and steering an important transformation program for a leading international insurance company

　　• Designing a new pension strategy for an asset manager

　　• Identifying diversification options for a mutual insurance company

　　• Designing an in-force management plan for a leading life insurance company

　　What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

　　Consultant: A minimum of 4 years work experience within a leading strategy consulting firm with knowledge across multiple insurance topics such as Property & Casualty, Life & Retirement, Group Insurance

　　Excellent communication and persuasion skills with strong written and spoken English

　　A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business

　　Solid business acumen, commercial capabilities and business judgement

　　Team player, open and positive in a group dynamic

　　Advanced business degree from a top-tier institution preferred
