Job Summary: The Construction Surveyor will be responsible for site construction staking for site layouts and as-builts.

　　Duties/Responsibilities:

　　Ability to perform general construction staking with lines and grades.

　　Knowledge of as-builts.

　　Knowledge of staking controls and flagging clearing limits.

　　Proficient in basic construction methodology.

　　Ability to read construction documents.

　　Ability to follow directions, understand project scope, maintain project schedule and complete designated phase work on time and within established budget.

　　Flexible schedule required for project duration.

　　Travel to multiple projects within the business day.

　　Work with Estimator and Project Manager to provide insight on potential bid requirements or potential issues.

　　Qualifications and Requirements:

　　Minimum of 5 years experience in surveying.

　　Knowledge and proficient use of current site survey technologies.

　　Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

　　Excellent time management skills.

　　Ability to multi-task.

　　Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

　　Critical-thinker and problem-solver.

　　Able to plan ahead.
