Description Marketing Assistants will find an immediate opening with one of Robert Half's clients to work closely with agency partners, performing day-to-day administrative duties, scheduling and coordinating marketing projects, and other marketing functions as needed. 　　Responsibilities

　　Correct and rework annual marketing and media calendars

　　Identify new companies and build contact lists via networking tools, as well as manage existing contact lists.

　　Work hand-in-hand with the account management team to develop effective research ideas and plans

　　Keep all marketing collateral and press coverage organized via tracking, filing, and archiving

　　Plan and manage advertising campaigns. Requirements - Less than one year of experience

　　General familiarity with Brand Awareness

　　Solid understanding of marketing

　　Wide ranging experience with Communication Skills

　　Well-founded grasp of production

　　Experience with Capture

　　Good understanding of media

　　Design experience required

　　Deep understanding of Editorial Content

　　Foundational knowledge in Algorithm Implementation

　　Foundational knowledge in Workstation Support

　　Prior experience with Proficiency

　　Solid understanding of Social Media Content

　　Solid understanding of voice

　　Practical knowledge of implementation

　　Hands-on experience with Photoshop

　　Experience with Phone Presenc

　　Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud

　　Proven knowledge of social media

　　Comprehension of Social Media Channels

　　Adobe Premiere Pro experience required

　　Quality experience with digital

　　Skills in Instagram

　　Previous experience working with video

　　Earlier work involving graphic design

　　Proficiency in project management

　　Ability to handle time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment

　　Capable of working with email marketing platforms

　　Strong writing, time management, and organizational skills

　　Experience contributing on marketing collateral and proposal writing
