We are looking for an elite Academic Program Manager to join our Snowflake Global Academia program for Higher Education institution audiences. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and managing the end-to-end Snowflake Academia program process and operations. You will have excellent organizational and communication skills and proven experience and track record in the Academic programs of IT sectors. To be successful in this position, you must be highly organized, creative and a self-starter who is able to think big, execute flawlessly and stay focused on the details.
AS AN ACADEMIC PROGRAM AND PROJECT MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :Academic program management
Strategy:
Assist in driving the vision and strategy of a comprehensive global education program designed to equip higher education to train the workforce of the future with Snowflake skills.
Program:
Create and execute go-to-market programs to engage, train, and expand academic audiences.
Create communication including announcements and updates to Snowflake educator community and other stakeholders including internal teams.
Reporting:
Define, measure, and report on academic program success metrics (KPIs) Analyze program performance and results in details, draw insights, and make data based recommendations for improvements and adjustments.
Nurturing:
Create and nurture strong relationships with universities and faculties as local Snowflake champions and mentors to students.
Academic project operation
This role will work closely with other Education operation team members to create the operations of the Academia program including LMS administration and operations for faculty enrollment, training, and teaching to students.
Own project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring objectives are met on time and within resource constraints.
OUR IDEAL ACADEMIC PROGRAM MANAGER WILL HAVE / BE :Min 5 years of experience in creating and managing academic program and project management, preferably within the tech sectors.Experience bootstrapping and growing Academic programs globally, with strong bias for action and ability to adjust quickly as the program evolves.Understanding and experience with academic audience and insights in engaging them - Excellent verbal communication and collaborative skills: you will be engaging and conducting outreach to academic communities.Excellent written communication skills: you will be developing landing pages and go-to market materials and internal communications.Proficient in project management tools and knowledge of LMS administration (OpenEdX and/or SeerTech LMS a plus), Salesforce, GSuite, MS Excel, Tableau and/or other BI tools, Survey and accreditation software.Strong attention to details and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure while juggling and managing multiple projects and deadlines.Bachelor's degree in a related field.BONUS POINTS :Familiarity with Snowflake's platform or similar data platforms.Passion for empowering and educating faculties and students.PMP CertificationThe Snowflake Education Services team plays a crucial role in the mission of providing top notch educational resources and training. The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $128,100.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
