POSITION SUMMARY: Accept and perform duties assigned by the Maintenance Superintendent which include basic housekeeping, maintenance, and repair of entire clubhouse.
SCHEDULE: 6AM-2:30PM, days off would be discussed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Meet the service quality standards and respond to guest questions and problems in a timely, and professional manner.
Clean and help set up function rooms; Help set for special events and banquets.
Meet the club standards for work procedures, dress, grooming,
Attendance and punctuality.
Accept opportunities to learn new skills, improve performance or cross train for other club positions
Be alert to hazards and responsible in carrying out the Club's safety, Security and emergency procedures.
Power wash exterior part of club as needed.
Carpet and floor cleaning; Window cleaning, inside and out.
Basic plumbing and electric – changing out light bulbs and flush valves
Painting doors and walls when necessary.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of basic club maintenance
Ability to be able to communicate effectively with both the public and other Employees.
Previous club or hotel housekeeping/maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to work well with different personalities and interact as a team Member
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Working inside and out using a variety of cleaning solvents
