  Responsibilities

  Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.

  Obtains all necessary regulations and permits.

  Orders necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.

  Makes sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.

  Manages a construction manager and oversees their work.

  Communicates with clients and delivers project progress reports.

  Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.

  Collaborates with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists.

  Writes and submits testing and inspection logs, quality assurance reports, and punch lists.

  Ensures that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed.

  Uses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.

  Education and Experience

  A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (project management, business, engineering, etc.).

  Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery in commercial construction

  Skills and Knowledge

  Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.

  Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  Effective organization and time management skills.

  Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

  Familiarity with relevant tools, software, and technical aspects of project Management

  Responsabilidades

  Planifica todas las fases del ciclo de vida de la construcción desde el inicio hasta la finalización.

  Obtiene todas las regulaciones y permisos necesarios.

  Realiza pedidos de suministros, herramientas y equipos necesarios.

  Se asegura de que los proyectos estén alineados con los planes acordados.

  Dirige un director de obra y supervisa su trabajo.

  Se comunica con los clientes y entrega informes de progreso del proyecto.

  Desarrolla y cumple con el presupuesto, cronograma y plan de control de calidad.

  Colabora con arquitectos, ingenieros, electricistas y otros especialistas.

  Escribe y envía registros de pruebas e inspección, informes de control de calidad y listas de tareas pendientes.

  Garantiza que se sigan todos los códigos, regulaciones y precauciones de seguridad locales, estatales y nacionales.

  Utiliza software de programación para actualizar cronogramas, realizar un seguimiento del progreso y documentar el progreso del proyecto.

  Educación y experiencia

  Una licenciatura en un campo relevante (gestión de proyectos, negocios, ingeniería, etc.).

  Experiencia comprobada en gestión de proyectos, con un historial de entrega exitosa de proyectos en construcción comercial.

  Habilidades y conocimientos

  Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

  Capacidad para liderar y colaborar con equipos diversos.

  Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.

  Habilidades de organización eficaz y gestión del tiempo.

  Capacidad para adaptarse a los requisitos y prioridades cambiantes del proyecto.
