As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of Jacobs’ organization in Denver, CO. This role plans and supports a variety of assignments related to project delivery and strategic growth of the group to position Jacobs for success. Working with other members of the team, you’ll perform a variety of activities, ranging from coordination of ongoing projects, team communication and training, document management, and support of strategic business initiatives such as proposals and presentations.
The Project Coordinator will maintain and control project documentation files and logs (drawings, RFIs, Submittals, correspondence), maintain project governance documentation, distribute and track approvals on project files and information (IFR, IFA, FYI), maintain and update databases, create transmittals, process vendor data, interface with company personnel and with clients, as well as mentor and assist co-workers and customers.

3 years of related experience working in a construction environment as a Project Coordinator
Strong communication skills
Experience in the natural gas industry

The base salary range for this position is : $93,800 to $123,150. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
