　　Responsibilities:

　　Oversee and enforce quality standards on construction sites

　　Conduct thorough inspections, audits, and assessments

　　Collaborate closely with project teams to implement effective quality control measures

　　Foster clear communication channels between stakeholders, contractors, and project managers

　　Develop and maintain comprehensive quality documentation

　　Requirements:

　　Fluent in German (spoken and written)

　　Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience) or equivalent experience

　　Proven experience in construction site quality management

　　Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
