  Job Description:

  Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Principal Project Manager to join our team!

  What You'll Be Doing:

  Package delivery and coordination of the technical and program requirements including integration of the project design deliverables

  Design implementation of all relevant project specifications, procedures to be included in the contract documents for Design/Build projects

  Oversee documents that account for all project codes, building standards, AHJ and Client specifications and site specific requirements

  Develop site specific project Scope of Work documents that provide clear demarcation for various Constructions Sub Contractors

  What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  15+ years experience with Integration of building and site related infrastructure, building systems and communication systems

  Bachelor's (Professional) or Master's Degree in Engineering or related field

  Design and Program experience with Transit projects: e.g. Heavy Rail, Light Rail, Automated People Movers, etc.

  Managerial and technical direction and integration of the project design engineering discipline leads

  Experience managing technical and administrative contract design deliverables

  Experience with managing design/build design deliverable projects

  Experience in design/build construction management to address contract administration RFI's submittals, and program constraints.

  What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  Excellent communication and motivation skills

  Professional Engineer (PE) License or Registered Architect would be preferred

  Salary Range:

  $136,200.00 - $245,200.00
