　　Finance Manager (Consolidations)

　　The Role

　　We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager (Consolidations) to provide crucial support to our Country Group Accounting Controller in overseeing the financial activities of our organisation. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with UK and US GAAP and other pertinent financial regulations, managing the preparation and submission of financial reports and statements, and overseeing the trial balance load of external companies to ensure accuracy and seamless integration within our financial framework.

　　We We Need

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA, ICAEW, CPA) preferred.

　　Previous experience focusing on UK and US GAAP

　　Proven experience in team leadership and management

　　Desirable proficiency in pertinent ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Deltek Costpoint.

　　Desirable experience with US companies and relevant requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley controls (SOX)
