　　We are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Estimator to be basedin Chandler, AZ. You will be working within our best in class CostManagement team and will provide cost oversight and estimates to ourreputable semi-conductor client. We will depend on your abilities tocontinue our outstanding level of service to our clients at all levelsof design and construction.

　　\\Responsibilities\\

　　At Cumming Group, Estimators are the backbone of our organization. Wedepend on you to perform multi-faceted tasks within short time frameswith the goal of exceeding client expectations. You will work closelywith the Cost and Project Management teams to ensure all expectationsare met. Expect to work on multiple, exciting project types. Below aresome of the items you will be tasked with.

　　Provide electrical cost expertise on a variety of projects with anemphasis on mission critical projects (i.e. data centers).

　　Perform Quantity take-offs at the full range of project development,beginning with conceptual design through to CD level.

　　Obtain quotes for materials and communicate with subs for pricingverification.

　　Prepare accurate quantity surveys and estimates for those divisions ofthe project as assigned.

　　Solicit subcontractor and/or supplier quotations or scheduling input asrequired for the assignments.

　　Prepare lists of subcontractors/suppliers confirmed to be bidding onproject.

　　Assist in the compiling of quantities/costs affecting generalconditions.

　　Collaborate with Architects/Engineers to request clarifications oradditional information.

　　Attend project meetings and perform site investigations as assigned.

　　Ability to quantify with adequate detail and provide well organizedestimate detail with reasonable baseline unit pricing.

　　Have intermediate to advanced understanding of electrical and lowvoltage systems in order to recognize relative costs.
