　　Robert Half has a client seeking an Identity Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join their team. As an IAM Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and efficiency of the organization's digital identity and access management systems. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining IAM policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and ensure the right individuals have the appropriate access to resources. 　　Create and manage user accounts, groups, and roles within the IAM system.

　　Maintain accurate and up-to-date user profiles and access privileges.

　　Implement identity lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.

　　Configure and manage authentication methods, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA).

　　Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) policies.

　　Administer IAM software and tools, including identity governance and administration (IGA) platforms.

　　Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IAM systems.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).

　　Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or IAM-specific certifications are a plus.

　　Proven experience in identity and access management roles, with a strong understanding of IAM principles and technologies.

　　Knowledge of IAM software and tools, including IAM platforms, Single Sign-On (SSO), and privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
