　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Configuration Management Analyst II to join our team in Lancaster, CA

　　Description:

　　The Configuration Management Analyst II researches and analyzes current systems to identify strengths, weaknesses, and configuration issues. They develop configuration policies and regulations and implement solutions for identified problem areas to improve system functionality. The Configuration Management Analyst II is a journeyman-level role with policymaking responsibilities. The Configuration Management Analyst II takes direction from more senior personnel.Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience. (Can substitute for HS diploma and 8 years of experience or an Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience.)

　　2 years of position-specific relevant experience.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　4 years of position-specific relevant experience.Clearance Requirements:

　　Active Secret Clearance

　　Must be a US Citizen.

　　Physical Requirements:

　　The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.The projected compensation range for this position is $71,400-$119,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
