Requires 25 ConcreteInstallers. TEMPORARY-Full Time employment. Will assist our foreman incommercial concrete construction. Will assist in form setting withvarious types of forms, setting footers, concrete pouring, moldingexpansion joints and edges, rod busting, work with blueprints,specifications, and drawings, ensure work is within conformity tospecifications and work schedule, apply waterproofing and sealant toprotect concrete, keep and maintain a clean workspace, set forms thatheld the concrete in place, clean and inspect surfaces for pouringissues, pour, smooth, and level concrete using a rake, trowel, float,and screed. Will use handheld tools and power tool versions, monitor theeffects of the weather on the curing process, apply sealing andhardening components, operate power vibrator to ensure the concrete iscompacted, mold and construct expansion joints using joiners and edgingtools, polish surface using a power surfacing machine; and lift, carryand hold building materials, tools and supplies and clean tools,equipment, material and work areas. No education required, no experienceis required. Employer will offer 40hrs/week; Mon-Fri; 8AM4PM dependingon weather conditions. Workers are needed to begin work from4/1/24-11/30/24. Place of employment in Tulsa, Creek, Osage, Rogers,Wagoner, Mayes & Payne Counties, OK. Workers will be paid no less than\$20.79/hr; returning workers and workers with more experience may bepaid up to \$20.79/hour. Overtime hours may vary, depending on weatheror other conditions, and will be paid at \$37.18/hr.
Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wagesdue.
Workers will be paid weekly by check.
The employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck requiredby law.
If the worker completes 50% of the period of employment, the employerwill reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from theplace of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the workcontract where or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer willprovide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation &subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed towork, except where the worker will not return due to subsequentemployment with another employer. The amount of transportation paymentor reimbursed will be equal to the most economical and reasonable commoncarrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be providedat a rate of \$15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 perday with receipts.
Employer will provide daily transportation to/from worksite locationsto/from a central pick-up location.
Employer will reimburse in the first workweek for all visa, visaprocessing, border crossing and other related fees including thosemandated by the government (except passport fees). The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies andequipment required to perform the job.
Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of theworkdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
