Billings School District 2 is seeking two (2) Instructional Improvement Specialists K-5 for the 2025-2026 School Year.BEA Salary Schedule.Various Locations.Requires a current Montana Educator License with an endorsement in Elementary.Qualifications:- Valid Montana Teaching Certificate.- Bachelor's degree in Education.- Successful teaching experience.Performance Responsibilities (may include but not limited to the following)- Evidence of knowledge of research-based math and reading best practices.- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and building administrator to coordinate both classroom instruction and invention.- Utilize student data to inform instructional decisions and track the effectiveness of interventions.- Work with school leadership to establish data-driven goals and assess progress towards academic benchmarks.- Analyze assessment results to identify trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement.- Working knowledge of Multi-tiered Systems of Support Model and progress monitoring cycle.- Working knowledge of the scope and sequence of K-5 reading and math with a focus on the critical areas and concepts.- Communicate and document students? progress to parents and school staff.- Participates in grade level Professional Learning Community Meetings at all grade levels.- Collaborate with teachers to enhance instructional strategies, curriculum implementation, and assessment practices.- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching effectiveness.- Design and deliver professional development sessions based on identified needs and best practices.Equal Opportunity Employer.
