At Performance Optimal Health, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. Our clinic focuses on providing holistic and patient-centered care, allowing our clients to achieve their best health through individualized treatment plans. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing tailored treatment strategies, and implementing therapeutic interventions that align with our Four Pillars of Optimal Health: exercise, nutrition, recovery, and stress management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and determine appropriate physical therapy interventions.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.

Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

Must hold a valid State Physical Therapy license or be eligible for licensure.

Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program.

Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred, particularly with orthopedic and sports-related injuries.

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.

Passion for health, wellness, and patient advocacy.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
