Responsibilities:

Perform tasks involving physical labor at the construction site.

Cut, shape, and smooth lumber for slabs on grade, suspended slabs, columns, and vertical slip formed walls.

Build scaffolding and other construction structures.

Read blueprints, take measurements, and calculate size and amounts of material needed.

Operate hand and power tools of all types, including air hammers, pneumatic nail guns, SkilSaws, miter saws, finishing power and hand tools, etc.

Requirements:

Verifiable experience as carpenter/concrete finisher.

Hands-on experience in working with carpentry and cementitious materials.

Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and concrete finishing techniques (hand and power).

Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as slabs on grade, overhead slabs, roofs, equipment pads, walls and tilt-up walls, using a variety of hand and power tools.

Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.).

Good understanding of basic math.

Must be able to meet the physical demands of construction work.

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

May include other duties as needed.​

Must abide by ALL of the company's field safety rules.

Slipform concrete and equipment installation experience preferred.

Pre-employment, post-offer drug screen and physical required.
