**Data Informatics Curator-Biological
Responsibilities:**
Support DIAs SandT DirectorateProvide technical support for data Informatics, management and curation of data sets containing a variety of reports and scientific information.Work closely with the client and data curation team on-site managing and curating staged internal and external biological oriented repository data sets for review and upload into a web-based application that is accessible by the IC for data discovery and supporting RFIs.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) and two (2) or more years of experience.In lieu of degree, four (4) or more years of relevant experience.Must be a US citizen.ActiveTS/SCI andacquire CI poly.Attention to details.Organizational and communication skillsExperience working with folder structures where the data sets are organized and stored.Experience compiling metadata about various data sets and reviewing all acquired materials to identify relevant metadata for each data set.Experience working with folder structures where the data sets are organized and stored.Experience compiling metadata about various data sets and reviewing all acquired materials to identify relevant metadata for each data set.Working experience with Jira and Confluence, tools used to track tasking via Jira tickets, update curation status, communicate with the entire team (curators, client, software developers), and manage/update SOPs, weekly updates, and workflows via Confluence pages.Working experience with Jira and Confluence, tools used to track tasking via Jira tickets, update curation status, communicate with the entire team (curators, client, software developers), and manage/update SOPs, weekly updates, and workflows via Confluence pages.Background and drug screening check.Preferred Requirements:
