Job Description

　　You will be in charge of :

　　-Welcoming French and international customers

　　-Recommendations and knowledge of the hotel's catering outlets, and tourist attractions around Paris (Museums, Monuments, Lunch, Diner...)

　　-Handling and follow-up of all types of customer requests (purchase of flower bouquets, etc.), by replying to emails in the concierge mailbox.

　　-Follow-up on baggage handling for individual customers and groups.

　　-Cab and chauffeur-driven car bookings, train and plane ticket bookings

　　-Booking shows, theater, excursions, etc.

　　-Handling customer car pick-ups from hotel parking lot when valet parking is unavailable

　　-Handles internal hotel mail, customer mail and postal items.

　　-Ensures that the luggage reserve is properly maintained.

　　What are we looking for?

　　Concierge or Hotel school diploma

　　You must speak French and English

　　Your presentation is impeccable

　　Curiosity and discretion are your hallmarks
