ASM Global, is seeking to hire a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Coordinator/Operations Assistant at Broward County Convention Center. The CMMS Coordinator/Operations Assistant is responsible for handling daily operations of the Altum Work Order system, and ancillary administrative items for the Facilities team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for submitting and tracking all facility maintenance requests, repairs, and improvements for BCCC into the venues CMMS software data base.
Coordinate onboarding & training for new CMMS software users, companywide.
Assist with conducting routine facility and pre-event inspections for the Operations Department.
Create weekly/monthly reports, graphs, and charts showcasing departmental efficiencies for Senior Leadership to review.
Assist with ancillary administrative items such as creating presentations, spreadsheets, purchase orders, and other clerical items, as necessary.
Perform event day responsibilities for any/all events that take place on site.
Support the Facilities Department in the Event Operations Center as dispatcher for all major events.
Recognize and address Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for BCCCC and all other stakeholders.
All other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
College degree, preferred. 1 – 2 years prior facility, operations, or administrative experience.
Similar experience in convention centers, hotels, and F&B facility a plus.

Computer Skills
Operate and be proficient utilizing standard office equipment and personal computer(s) using Outlook, MS Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.
General competency with navigating online software and programs.
