This individual will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing data related to Ryan's compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. This role will also tale the lead in the administration of Ryan's compensation program and annual base pay & incentive processes. Some things you can expect to do: Research salary surveys to identify the best sources of market information Participate in salary surveys and update new survey information in the pricing tool Conduct an annual review of market data for all positions, making adjustments to salary grades and ranges as needed Price new positions as requested Review positions for FLSA status and EEO classifications Respond to questions from business leaders regarding compensation strategy, programs, and processes Review ad hoc compensation recommendations as they occur related to off-cycle market adjustments and promotions, as well as new hire offers that fall outside of designated parameters Coordinate the annual merit increase and incentive process & the semi-annual promotion process Help educate leaders and employees regarding compensation best practices Assist with pay equity studies and analysis Assign job codes and maintain job data Work with leaders to draft and maintain job descriptions Monitor compensation trends in the market Provide data analysis for benefits and recognition programs & support program administration To be successful in this role, you must have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in compensation program administration and job pricing. A sound understanding of compensation laws and regulations is required. You must have expert-level skills in MS Excel & Word and be proficient in data analysis tools.
